SunRiver
SunRiver St. George is southern Utah’s premier master-planned active adult lifestyle community, the first of its kind in the area.
Coral Canyon
Coral Canyon is a fabulous 2600-acre community that includes a championship golf course, extensive biking/walking trails and distinctive home plans.

Tonaquint Terrace in St George
Tonaquint Terrace in St George Utah is located just north of Bloomington off Tonaquint Road. This beautiful community is surrounded by spectacular views of Utah Mountain to the west and Zion National Park to the east. Between these two landmarks you'll also be able to see Pine Valley Mountain and Snow Canyon State Park.
Lakota Ridge in St George
Lakota Ridge in St George Utah offers amazing views of Snow Canyon State Park and the majestic red mountains surrounding it. Dixie Springs is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Sand Hollow Reservoir where you can swim, fish, boat, jetski, waterski, picnic or just enjoy the sun! Dixie Springs is also with in 10 minutes of several golf courses, including Coral Canyon Golf Course. It's a quick 30 minute drive to Zion National Park from Dixie Springs and most if not all of the lots in Dixie Springs have great views of Zion National Park as well as Pine Mountain in the Dixie National Forest.
