It’s still a great time to buy with interest rates low, although inventory of homes is also lower than usual. Let’s take a look at the statistics year over year to see what’s happening and what it costs to purchase a home in SunRiver.

Average Sales Price in October 2020 was $401,265 – in October 2019 it was $410,161.
There were 29 active home listings during October 2020 and 42 in October 2019 so inventory has decreased significantly year over year.
Thirty one homes sold in Sun River during October 2020 and there were 21 sales in October of 2019.
Average days on the market for a home listed in Sun River 55+ Community during October 2020 was 88. There was a 1.6 months supply of inventory in SunRiver during October.
