There’s also indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy year round! Don’t think for a minute that Sun River St George is a “rest home”. 1 home sold for between $750,000-$800,000
For a year over year comparison-
Average Sales Price in March 2020 was $389,992- in March 2019 it was $382,225.
That’s a 2.03% increase in average sales price from last year!
There were 49 active home listings during March 2020 and 64 in March 2019 so inventory has decreased significantly year over year.
Seventeen homes sold in Sun River during March 2020 and there were 14 sales in March of 2019.
Average days on the market for a home listed in Sun River 55+ Community during March 2020 was 67. There was a 2.63 months supply of inventory in SunRiver during March.
