Indoor Water Parks in St George UT

There are two fabulous indoor water parks in St George UT!  Both facilities are open year round and offer a variety of activities and water features.  These indoor water parks also have swimming pools for everyone to enjoy. The also offer the added feature of less exposure to the sun which is especially nice during the scorching summer days in St George.

Sand Hollow Aquatic Center

My family has been spending a lot of time at Sand Hollow Aquatic Center this summer.  Sand Hollow features a 25 m by 25 yd diving and competition pool and a huge 5800 sf leisure pool.  The leisure pool is jungle themed with lots of interactive water features to entertain old and young alike.  There’s a huge indoor water slide with jungle creatures spraying along the ride down and a waterfall to slide through when you reach the bottom.  A smaller frog slide is toddler friendly and the entire pool has a non slip rubber floor that’s easy on your feet.  The leisure pool has a beach entry so there’s no stairs to navigate.  Huge water bubblers and raining palm trees are fun for everyone.  There’s even a dripping limbo stick to dance under.  The pool and facilities are always super clean and the staff is attentive.

Washington City Community Pool

The Washington City Community Center Pool is open most days from 12 pm to 8:00 pm year round.  The Washington City Aquatic Center is actually the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah!  There is a beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slide and a 317 gallon dump bucket!!  There is also an 8 lane 25 yard competition pool at the Washington Community Center.   A large splash pad is located outside for those who would like to play in the sun.

The Washington City Community Center offers annual memberships, seasonal punch passes, promotional punch passes and 1 day passes.
