St. George Marathon
In the January 2010 issue of Runner’s World Magazine, a publication that appeals to runners throughout the United States and Canada, the St. George Marathon was recognized by readers as the most organized marathon race in the country. Runners World magazine also ranks it one of the ten most scenic marathons, and the #1 fastest fall marathon. It is truly a sight to behold and an event worth rallying around.

St. George Water Parks & Splash Pads
Water parks, or splash pads, are quickly becoming the hottest places to stay cool in the St. George Utah Area. In the past two years, St. George has been creating more and more splash pads – flat areas with underground systems that spray and shoot water into the air and all around. The idea of the backyard sprinkler has evolved quite a bit, with streams of water shooting from different directions and fountains spraying at varying times and even from overhead objects. With the built in jets, parents won’t worry about kids stubbing toes or tripping on hardware. Each park in the St. George area has it’s own theme so it’s easy to see why kids love these water parks all year round. My kids favorite park is the St. George Towne Square park because of it’s rock waterfall and meandering stream.
