Coral Canyon Home Sales Market in St  George UT | June 2014

The Coral Canyon housing market tapered off slightly in June 2014. Not familiar with Coral Canyon?  Coral Canyon is a spectacular community with low HOA fees and wonderful amenities, including indoor & outdoor pools for year round enjoyment!  Available inventory rose in June  and prices continue to rise. New construction in Coral Canyon is also picking up and the view lots are going quickly!  You’ll notice that sales prices are increasing and homes priced under $200,000 are diminishing quickly.  Check out the latest statistics below~

For a year over year comparison-

Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in June 2014 was $356,667-in 2013 it was $295,341.  Sales prices increased by  20.67% in June 2014 over June  2013.

Given the number of sales, there was  4.72 month’s supply of homes for sale in Coral Canyon at the end of June 2014. 

During the month of June 2014 on average, homes in Coral Canyon sold for 97.3% of their original listed price.

There were 37 homes for sale in Coral Canyon during May 2014 which is 17 more than the year before.

Prices are great, although they look to be rising.  Inventory of homes for sale in Coral Canyon is better than last year although homes priced under $200,000 are limited.  Interest rates are at historic lows which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in St George!  It looks like the St George Utah real estate market is bouncing back and prices are starting to rise.
