The Coral Canyon housing market continues to gain momentum in 2014 as demand increases for this spectacular community with low HOA fees and wonderful amenities!  Available inventory is shrinking and prices continue to rise. You’ll notice that sales prices are increasing and homes priced under $200,000 are diminishing quickly.  Check out the latest statistics below~

4 homes sold for between $150,000-$200,000
3 homes sold for between $200,000-$250,000
2 homes sold for bewteen $300,000-$350,000
1 home sold for between $400,000-$450,000

1 home sold for between $600,000-$650,000

Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in February 2014 was $300,301-in 2013 it was $178,780.  Sales prices increased 67.97% in February 2014 over February 2013.

Given the number of sales, there was  4.97 month’s supply of homes for sale in Coral Canyon at the end of February 2014.  This number is down -.40% from 2013 when there was 4.99 months supply of homes for sale.

During the month of February 2014 on average, homes in Coral Canyon sold for 94.8% of their original listed price.

There were 41 homes for sale in Coral Canyon during February 2014 which is 9 more than the year before.

Prices are great, although they look to be rising and inventory of homes for sale in Coral Canyon is declining too.  interest rates are at historic lows which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in St George!  It looks like the St George Utah real estate market is bouncing back and prices are starting to rise.
