Coral Canyon Homes for Sale Market Report – June 2019

Homes in the Coral Canyon golf course community are in high demand but inventory has increased slightly in June.  This spectacular community with low HOA fees and wonderful amenities is very popular for 2nd home buyers.  Homes do not stay on the market long, especially anything priced under $350,000

Coral Canyon residents enjoy indoor & outdoor pools & spas, an outdoor wading pool for the littles, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball & tennis courts.  There’s also 10 miles of walking trails within the community.

Available inventory increased slightly in June and prices continue to rise. In June 2019 there were only 4 homes priced under $300,000 and nothing priced under $250,000.  Check out the latest statistics below~

For a year over year comparison-

Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in June  2019 was $384,292 – in 2018 it was $363,299.  Sales prices increased 5.78% from June 2018 to June 2019.

Given the number of sales, there was  5.1 month’s supply of homes for sale in Coral Canyon in June 2019.  A healthy market usually has between 5-6 months supply of homes, so Coral Canyon is right on track for a healthy market.

Homes in Coral Canyon sold for 99% of their original listed price in June 2019.

There were 31 homes for sale in Coral Canyon during June 2019 which is 17 more than June 2018.

As you can see from the information above, prices are rising just a little and inventory of homes for sale in Coral Canyon seems to be adjusting.  Interest rates are still very good, which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in St George!
