6 homes sold in Entrada in the month of October 2021
1 home sold for between $500,000-$750,000
4 home sold for between $1,000,000-$1,999,000
1 home sold for between $2,000,000-$2,999,000
There are also custom homes being built in Entrada and often times those sales are not reported to the mls.
There were 17 homes for sale in the Entrada area during October 2021 which is 11 less than in October 2020. Six of the homes for sale were priced under $1,000,000.
