There were 57 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of December 2012 which is down 7 from December 2011.
Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of October 2012 were up 125% from 2 homes sold in December 2011 to 5 home sold in December 2012.
Average sales price for a home in Entrada in December 2012 was $732,990. This is a 52.81% increase from December 2011 when the average sales price was $479,665.
