There were 48 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of September 2013 which is 6 less than the month of September 2012.
Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of September 2013 were exactly the same as September 2012 with 5 sales both years.
Based on the sales prices available, average sales price for a home in Entrada in September 2013 was $408,100. This is a 17.50% increase from September 2012 when the average sales price was $347,330.
