St. George LDS Temple – The Temple has a beautiful display that is also inspiring with their Nativity scene that completely captures the spirit of the Christmas season.
Downtown St. George Main Street – Tour the St. George UT Christmas Lights at the magical Downtown St. George Main Street. The annual switching on the holiday lights by the Mayor was held on Nov. 26.
Thunder Junction All Abilities Park 1851 S Dixie Dr St George – The park is filled with thousands of sparkling lights and Christmas spirit abounds. Take a magical ride on the North Pole Express! The park will be closed to the public during the “North Pole Express” event and guests must present a ticket to gain entry to Thunder Junction during those dates.
145 Brigham Rd., St. George – Come see the spectacular 83 ft tall pseudo tree while you can’t help but sing “Oh Christmas Tree”.
2081 Jacob Dr., Santa Clara – Enjoy a wonderful synchronized music and lights display. Tune your radio into 87.9 FM to get the most of the experience. There is also a donation box in the front yard…all proceeds go to charity.
2121 W Sunset Blvd, Santa Clara – A spectacular display of white lights to be enjoyed while cruising down Sunset Blvd.
2401 Arrowhead Trail, Santa Clara – This is a patriotic and festive lights display with music. You can tune into 95.1 FM to hear the display while you watch the show.
2183 Harmony Place, St George UT 84790– The Olsen Family Display – This breathtaking display took home the coveted ABC Great Light Fight 2015 trophy in Episode 4! The Olsen home features an estimated 175,000 lights that can be seen from several blocks away. Christmas lights cover seemingly every tree, bush and shrub of the home.
Visitors will enjoy the attention to detail of this display as they drive by. Santa busily hustles by the window of the home getting ready for Christmas and Mrs. Claus is busy in the life size gingerbread house around the corner. There’s even a mailbox out front marked “North Pole”.
In an interview with St George News, the Olsen’s explained what they planned to do with the $50,000 prize money. “We’re going to take a good portion of that and give it to Shriners Hospital,” Olsen said. “Our youngest daughter, two years ago, had a baby boy with a cleft lip and Shriners took them (in).”
2574 W. 100 S. Hurricane – This is not on the map; however, it is worthy of the list. There are many blow-up decorations including Olaf and Mickey and all in between.
735 Apache Dr. Washington – This holiday light legend can be viewed while listening to 89.7 FM. You will be amazed.
