More than 135 years ago, Washington City was the birthplace of the Southern Utah Cotton Mission. Cotton Days celebrates this heritage. Washington City is a leading city in Washington County and continues to grow in popularity. It’s a wonderful place to call home!
April 29th
Ice Cream Social @ 5 pm
Enjoy a ice cream social and Wagon Rides to Historical Sites such as the Covington Home, Adair Springs, and Cotton Mill. Located at the Washington City Historical Museum, 25 E. Telegraph.
Barrel Racing @ 6 pm
Held at Milcreek Ranch, 840 S. 100 E. in St. George

May 1st
Cotton Days Fishing Derby @ 6 pm
All 6-13 yr olds are welcome to participate from 6 – 7:30 pm. Prizes will be awarded for the largest fish caught and the most fish caught! This event is FREE to the public, no registration required, please bring your own poles and fishing gear. Held at Razor Ridge Urban Fisher, 1934 N. Coral Ridge Dr.

“Dusk ’til Dawn Coed Softball Tournament @ 7 pm
All night slugfest! Put together a team and meet at the Washington City Softball Complex. Register at the WCCC Front Desk until April 27th. Contact: Kole Staheli at (435) 656-6355.
May 3rd
Ironman Pancake Breakfast @ 8 – 10 am
Cheer for the Ironman athletes while they race by their 56 mile bike journey. Enjoy a FREE Pancake Breakfast served by our Mayor and City Council. Wear blue to show your city spirit!
May 9 – 10th
Golf Tournament @ 9 am
