Cycling St. George UT

St. George, UT is the perfect place for cycling year-round. The scenery, open land, climate and wonderful communities make it just right for every avid cycler. Tour of the South

This event is held August 24-31 starting at 8:30am at the Fairfield Inn Marriott, 1660 South Convention Center Dr. in St. George. The fee is $1,299 per team with approximately 500 miles of cycling. This is a week-long race that features the most amazing scenery that St. George has to offer, including Cedar Breaks National Monument, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and other Southern Utah landmarks. Legacy Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Utah

Come out on August 31st through September 7, 2013 in Blanding. Entry fees are $900 with approximately 500 miles to cycle. This is a great event for endurance riders from all around to enjoy the most scenic bicycle ride in the world. The ride will showcase most of Southern Utah’s scenic and unique areas. Kokopelli Triathlon

This event will be held on September 14, 2013 starting at 7am at Sand Hollow State Park. The fees vary so you will have to visit the website for more information at You will get to enjoy a 12.4 mile bike ride or a 20.5 mile bike ride. Kids can take the 2 mile bike route.

Hoodoo 500

A three day event during September 14 through 16 from 7am to 9am will get your blood flowing. Come out to the Hilton Garden Inn on 1731 South Convention Center Drive in St. George for the 300 or 500 mile cycling event. This event is very challenging and is considered a ultracycling race. Epic Bike: 5 National Parks

From September 15 through 21 in Springdale you can enjoy 435 miles of scenic byways. The fee is $2,295 for riders to travel from Zion National Park to Bryce Canyon National Park to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and several other locations on the tour. Visit www.
