Spring break is just around the corner and was Easter coming up this weekend you’re probably looking for fun activities and events for the whole family. Here are some of our favorite.

Spring Break Events and Activities Around St. George

Southern Utah Museum of Art – Located in Cedar City, this Southern Utah Museum is perfect for finding something new to do from April 2 to 6, the museum is offering “Spring Break out”, a half day camp for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Each day will focus on a different theme and kids will enjoy theater, storytelling, food, photography, and more. Activities will be held from 9 AM to 11 AM for kindergarten through second grade and 2 PM to 4 PM for third through sixth grade. The campus $25 per day or $100 for the entire week.

Explore your own city. St. George Utah is a wonderful place to explore and even if you’ve lived here for a few years, you may not have explored everything that we have to offer. Chances are if you lived here longer than 10 years, you’ve become complacent to all of our amazing activities. I’ve talked to people that have lived here their whole life and haven’t done some of the amazing activities that the St. George area provides. These include hiking and biking in the Red Rocks, ATV and jeep tours, golfing, having a spa day, visiting Zion National Park, visiting some historical sites, swimming at some of our many lakes or fishing.

39 Annual St. George Arts Festival – on March 31 at 10:00 AM at 50 South Main St. is the 39th annual St. George Arts Festival. This is a great event showcasing over 100 local artists featuring original works of art, a children’s area, food, and entertainment. Over 30,000 residents and visitors from around the West will visit this event on Easter weekend.

The Fiesta Family Fun Center – 171 E. 1160 S. in St. George is a great family fun Center offering miniature golf, arcades, batting cages, go-carts, bumper boats and much more. It’s a great way to burn off some steam or enjoy some activity on a rainy day.

If you want to learn something new, check out some of the amazing educational facilities such as the Coyote Gulch Art Village, the Zion Human History Museum, the Fibonacci Fine Arts Company, and the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum.

Of course, there are dozens of Easter egg hunt happening all around Cedar City and St. George, too many to even mention here so here’s a link to all of the Easter egg hunts around southern Utah. Have fun, happy Easter, and have a great spring break.
