The St. George Art Festival began back in 1980 and was a planned event to showcase local artists who lived in St. George. The festival has continually grown over the years, thanks to its popularity. In recent years there have been over 100 artists and hundreds of entries from a wide variety of states.
The Festival is always held on Easter weekend and brings a lot of visitors to town. Easter weekend is one of the busiest weekends as people come to enjoy gorgeous spring weather and nature in full bloom.

This lovely park features a carousel, fountains, splash pad and waterfall & river to play in, flower gardens, and historic sites. The festival is a favorite of the community, for both artists and the 30,000 plus annual visitors on this busy Easter weekend.
