Boy Scout Events In St. George UT

In St. George, UT the Boy Scouts program is very important to many families. The Boy Scouts helps young boys become young men in a controlled and safe environment. Therefore, I have found a few Boy Scout events that will help your scout earn the badges they need to advance to the Eagle Scout level during the summer.

Boy Scout Badge Events:

 

Environmental Science Merit Badge – Local boy scouts will earn the needed credits for the Environmental Science merit badge during this class. Scouts must bring their handbook and a notebook for the class.

Date: Wednesday, June 5, 2013 (4 weeks)

Time: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Location: Tonaquint Nature Center @ 1851 S Dixie Drive, St. George, UT

Plant Science Merit Badge – Local boy scouts will earn the needed credits for the Planet Science merit badge during this class. Each scout is required to bring a notebook and their handbook.

Date: June 10, 2014 (2 weeks)

Time: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Location: Tonaquint Nature Center @ 1851 S Dixie Drive, St. George, UT

Art Merit Badge – Local boy scouts will earn the art merit badge by attending this class. Each boy will learn different types of art and create several works of art themselves. Scouts are required to bring their handbook and a notebook.

Date: Friday, June 7 (3 weeks)

Time: 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Location: St. George Recreation Center @ 285 S 400 E, St. George, UT

Pottery Merit Badge – Local Scouts will earn the needed credits for the Pottery merit badge by attending this class. Each scout is required to bring their handbook and a notebook to class.

Date: Friday, June 7, 2013 (3 weeks)

Time: 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Location: St. George Recreation Center @ 285 S 400 E, St. George, UT
