Zion Canyon Jam

Get ready to mark your calendars, the 5th Annual Zion Canyon Music Festival is coming to Springdale, UT in just a few days. Zion National Park, a gorgeous backdrop for the event offers even more to enjoy at the two day event. So, bring your family, friends, drums and noisemakers to the Zion Canyon Jam for great family fun.

There will be a new addition of a drum circle this year that will kick off the festivities. The live music will be held on two stages in the park starting at 3 pm Friday and Saturday. Some bands you will get to enjoy include GrooveSession, a few California groups, the Gamblers, Nicki Bluhm and more.

The festival is designed around promoting the use of renewable energy and power. It will feature a great mix of touring musicians and local musicians that will be performing outside the park in the ball fields.

There will be several local restaurants at the festival providing food and the Wasatch/Squatters Brewers will be there once again to offer its handcrafted beer. Castle Creek Winery from Moab will be a new addition to festival vendors this year and will be providing many of their original varieties.

This is still a very family friendly event so don’t let the increase in available alcoholic beverages turn you off. There will be plenty of activities for kids including a kids zone with arts and crafts, games, a climbing wall and inflatable houses and slides.
