St Patrick’s Day is set to be a busy and fun time here in St George. From active events including running your St Patty’s socks off to puppet parties, to a whole celebrations in Springdale. Take your pick and enjoy the lovely weekends we have here in beautiful Southern Utah.

Shamrock your Socks Off 10k

For you brave and bold runners, come out and enjoy this super fun St Patty’s Day celebration by running through the streets of your community. The run will highlight the Snow Canyon State Park, the beautiful neighborhoods of Ivins, and will conclude at the Ivins City Park. What a fun time!

When: Saturday March 18th at 9am
Where: Ivins City Park, 55 N Main Street – Ivins

St Patty’s Potluck Potpourri Puppet Party

Bring the entire family to this one for FREE and enjoy a special St Patty’s puppet event. There will be puppet karaoke, lips syncing, puppet games, and puppet improve. This is a great way to play pretend with your little ones and bring your own puppet if you so choose.

When: Friday, March 17 from 7:00-9:00
Where: The DiFiore Center for the Arts, 307 N Main Street, St George

Admission: FREE

St Patrick’s Day Celebration in Springdale

Come out for a real Irish celebration and enjoy a traditional parade with the Utah Pipe Band, Drummers, and Highland Dancers. There will be a bounce house for the kids, a jell-o eating contest, yummy food choices, and a beer garden. Wear your best green and come ready for some fun. Also, feel free to stop in the local restaurants for their St Patrick’s Day specials.

When: Saturday March 18, Parade starts at 2pm
