Who else is excited for the 2022 St George Parade of Homes? The 2022 St George Parade of Homes will begin on Tuesday, February 18, 2022 and runs through Thursday, February 27, 2022. Be sure to mark your calendars, you don’t want to miss it this year!!

Prices for this year’s tickets are $20 per person. There are no discounts for children or seniors. Children 3 and older must have a ticket.

Tickets to the St. George Utah Parade of Homes for 2022 may be purchased online at Paradehomes.com. There will be a $1 convenience fee if you choose to buy online.

You can also purchase your tickets at the Red Cliffs Mall and Lin’s Market starting February 17, 2022 at 5 pm and daily throughout the parade. Tickets will not be sold at the homes. Along with your ticket, you will receive a magazine with the home addresses and a map with directions. If you buy your tickets online, you can bring your e-ticket to any parade home to receive a magazine and ticket lanyard.

Twenty eight custom homes by local builders will be showcased as well as one home built by the Washington County School District. The gorgeous, cutting edge, new construction homes will be open daily from 10 am to 7 pm for viewing. The 2022 St George Parade of Homes will officially close at 5 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2022.

In addition to attending in person, a virtual tour option is available again this year. Purchase your ticket and register online to take the 360 virtual tours and video tours. The virtual tours will be available just a few days after the parade begins.

If you’ve never attended the Parade of Homes here’s a quick tip; wear comfortable shoes that are easy to remove. Shoes MUST be removed before entering every home. NO bare feet are allowed, so remember to wear SOCKS. Please use a shoe bag when provided-while supplies last.

Covid-19 guidelines will be followed at all of the homes and anyone attending will be asked to comply with these guidelines. Check Coronavirus.Utah.Gov for current information.

Do not enter homes if you are feeling ill, have any symptoms related to Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19.
DO NOT TOUCH any surface area, furniture, walls, fixtures, etc.
Visitors have option to view Parade homes on-line through virtual tours beginning few days after start of event.
Be respectful of hosts and adhere to their requests.
Southern Utah Home Builders Association has the right to close any Parade home at any time due to issues related to pandemic or other circumstances.

This year there will be 28 gorgeous homes sprinkled throughout the area, varying in size and price. There are 5 homes priced under $1,000,000. The remaining homes on the parade range in price from $1,060,000 all the way up to $6,000,000! This home boasts 17,303 square feet of living space, 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and an 8 car underground parking garage. The ” Manor of Happiness” is located in Meadow Valley Farms, part of the Little Valley community in Washington UT.

This year marks the 31st year of the Parade of Homes. This annual event has become a favorite for locals and visitors alike in Southern Utah. This is a popular event that brings many of the same visitors year after year. Every year attendees get to view new home décor, home designs, new landscaping ideas and the latest home technology.

Remember, all visitors will be asked to remove their shoes. Be sure to wear shoes that are easy to remove. They ask that you carry your shoes with you and please wear socks. No bare feet are allowed.
