There are some beautiful new home subdivisions and developments around St. George if you’ve been looking for the perfect brand new home, look no further than these communities.
Painted Desert – these homes were built by Ence Homes and start at about $290,000-$450,000. They range from 1800 ft.² to over 3300 ft.² and you can customize these homes or there are a few move-in ready properties. It’s close to Walmart, target, and Cosco and is the final phase of this community with homes overlooking the St. George golf course. Residents enjoy community hot tub and swimming pool and there are low homeowners association dues.
Redwood Estates – also built by Ence Homes, these are some of the only homes without a standard homeowner association. Residents have a choice between 1800 ft.² and 3300 ft.² and home prices start at about $300,000. Redwood Estates is located near sports courts, playgrounds, and other facilities and is located in the beautiful farm country of Little Valley.
Red Cliffs Park East – Built by S & S Homes, These properties start at about $300,000-$950,000. There are currently 21 new homes and six quick move-in properties ranging in size from 1500 ft.² to 3900 ft.². This is just five minutes from the heart of St. George or Washington and the front yards are maintained by the homeowners association. This community is located along E. Colorado Dr.
Sycamore – also built by S & S Homes, these lower-priced homes start at about $382,000-$600,000, slightly less than the Red Cliffs Park East. These homes are larger in size, however, starting at nearly 2300 ft.² up to 4200 ft.². This is located off of Little Valley Drive with sports courts close by and being on the outskirts of town, there’s a little more privacy and residential community.
Crimson Cove – Still built by S & S Homes, this smaller community features larger homes from 26 500 ft.² to 5800 ft.² priced from $360,000-$780,000. This is one of the most highly sought after areas in St. George nestled just off of Little Valley Drive. These beautiful two-story homes feature a desert style Adobe look with large lots and lots of customizations.
Gentry Lane – By S & S Homes, this community is quickly being built out with home starting about $450,000. Sizes range from 2800 ft.² to 3000 ft.² with 3 to 5 bedrooms located within walking distance to assigned schools. Lots are larger from 12,000 ft.².
Riverside Cliffs – Designed by Ence Homes, this community features a variety of single and two-story homes priced from $380,000-$580,000. Residents have the choice of two or three-car garages and in sizes from 1800 ft.² to over 4300 ft.².
Sequoia – by S & S Homes, these properties feature 2500 ft.² to 3700 ft.² homes starting at $375,000. Also located at Little Valley Road and Crimson Ridge Drive, these are some of the most popular homes in the area.
