You’ll notice that sales prices are increasing and homes priced under $200,000 are diminishing quickly.  Check out the latest statistics below~

27 homes sold for between $150,000-$200,000
18 homes sold for between $200,000-$250,000
20 homes sold for bewteen $250,000-$300,000
12 homes sold for between $300,000-$350,000
6 homes sold for between $350,000-$400,000
4 homes sold for between $400,000-$450,000
5 homes sold for between $450,000-$550,000
1 home sold for between $700,000-$800,000
1 home was listed for $224,000 and the sales price was not disclosed
For a year over year comparison-
Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in 2013 was $260,026-in 2012 it was $215,451.  Sales prices increased 20.69% from 2012 to 2013.
Given the number of sales, there was  3.69 month’s supply of homes for sale in Coral Canyon at the end of 2013.  This number is down -23.76% from 2012 when there was 4.84 months supply of homes for sale.
During the year 2013, homes in Coral Canyon sold for between 95%-98.8% of their original listed price.
There were 156 homes for sale in Coral Canyon during 2013 which is 8 more than in 2012.
Prices are great, although they look to be rising and inventory of homes for sale in SunRiver is declining too.  interest rates are at historic lows which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in SunRiver St George!  It looks like the St George Utah real estate market is bouncing back and prices are starting to rise.
