St George Utah Real Estate Market Conditions showed little change in November 2011 from October 2011.  Average sales price decreased slightly from $205,684 to $202,247 which is approximately -1.5%. Total number of homes sold in November 2011 increased by approximately 1.5% from 231 sold in October 2011 to 234 sold in November 2011.
