Residents have use of a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and weight training equipment as well as diverse fitness classes. Brio boasts social rooms, a lounge, game rooms, and an indoor pool, spa, and locker facilities. There’s even an outdoor patio to enjoy the summer months and two tennis courts, ate pickleball courts, dozens of walking and biking trails, a playground, and beautiful open green space.

Brio began development in 2014 and offer single-family homes from 1600 ft.² to nearly 2800 ft.². Homes boast either three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two or three car garage. Several designs also have extra spaces for a den, office, dual master bedrooms, tray ceilings, gas fireplaces, and large courtyards. There are several plans to choose from with either two or single-story designs, open floor plans, spacious kitchens, granite and quartz counters, high-end cabinetry, center island and formal living rooms.
Properties start at about $300,000-$420,000. Homeowner associations are just $100 per month and allow RV parking if the lot can accommodate. Association dues cover common area maintenance, amenities, management, and security. There are fewer restrictions in Brio as compared to Sunriver, which is why many buyers seem to choose brio over Sunriver.

Residents of Brio are part of the Washington public school district and are served by the Washington elementary school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View Senior high school.
Brio is centrally located and adjacent to the Green Spring Golf Course with easy access to Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Home Depot, restaurants, and grocery stores.
