Buena Vista Homes for Sale

Home prices in the Buena Vista area are kind of all over the board. You have smaller duplexes for around $250,000-$300,000 and you have larger estates up to $400,000. There are a few foreclosures or short sale properties potentially available so if you’re looking to be in the Buena Vista neighborhood you can usually get a great deal. Those bordering the golf course are priced a little bit higher starting at about $450,000. But, the location is ideal. It’s right off of Interstate 15 and you’re close to shops, markets, restaurants and more right across the freeway. A short drive down W. Buena Vista Blvd. and across the freeway will put you out at Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Kohl’s, grocery stores, multiple restaurants, Albertsons, banks, and a few clinics.

One of the primary landmarks in this neighborhood is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located between Fairway Drive and Quail Ridge Drive in the North end of the neighborhood. It surrounded by multiple homes, cul-de-sacs, and a few lots. There are still a couple of lots for sale if you’re looking to build a custom home in this area but there are regulations because it’s so close to downtown. Towards the north end of this community are a few lots left of featuring stunning views of the area. Buena Vista also has several properties for rent around the $1000-$1700 range as of the publishing of this post.
