Residents of Perry Landing are part of the Washington County public school district and are served by the Coral Canyon Elementary school, the Fossil Ridge intermediate school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school. There are other schools in the area including Dixie State University, University of Phoenix, and the Utah State University extension. Local hospitals include the Dixie Regional Medical Center and nearby grocery stores include Albertsons, Costco, restaurants, markets, and more is only about 5 minutes from Perry Landing.
