Sienna Hills is located just off of milepost 13 exit off of Interstate 15 in Washington city. In the midst of the beautiful red rock country, Sienna Hills offers open space, trails, recreation, shopping, entertainment, and some of the most beautiful homes in the area. This 740-acre mixed land use community features residential and commercial facilities.

History

Beginning back in 1999, Alliance Consulting was engaged to engineer this master-planned community and the concept provided for over 5,000,000 ft.² of commercial property, nearly 14,000,000 ft.² of residential property, and over 700,000 ft.² of a mixed-use area. The design included space for a church, school, trails, and recreational facilities. In 2005 and 2006, Sienna Hills began development with S&S Homes being the first to develop the property. Shortly thereafter, other homebuilders including Utah Builders, Bangerter Homes, and Ence Homes began building homes on parcel 11. Today, Sienna Hills is a collection of multifamily homes, mixed-use areas, single-family properties, open space, townhouses, and commercial property.

HOA

Sienna Hills has its own monthly homeowner assessment fees. They are currently about $15 per month but it depends on the unit, the individual neighborhood, and the type of home. These are some of the lowest homeowners fees in the area. Many of the homes surround the Coral Canyon Golf Course located just off of Telegraph Road. Many homes have beautiful views of the fairway or of the surrounding hills and landscape.

Schools

Homes in Sienna Hills are part of the Washington County school district and are generally served by the Coral Canyon Elementary school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school.
