There were 59 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of November 2012 which is up 3 from November 2011.
Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of November 2012 were up-from 6 homes sold in November 2011 to 9 home sold in November 2012.
Average sales price for a home in Entrada at Snow Canyon in November 2012 was $586,844. Sale prices were up 24.75% over November 2011 when average sales price was $470,410.
