Stucki Farms in Washington Utah may be one of the best kept secrets of Southern Utah! This quaint community is full of charm and beauty. You will find there’s a variety of architectural styles and tastes throughout Stucki Farms, which is a planned community. Divided up in to “villages”, there’s something for everyone here.
Darling cottages are located next to a babbling waterfall. Craftsman style homes with inviting architectural details are in the “Homesteads at Stucki Farm” village. Breathtaking view lots are now available in The Homesteads. The Crossroads at Stucki Farms is the newest village and is designed for starter homes or those wanting to downsize. Lots are still available in the Crossroads as well. Lot sizes in The Crossroads at Stucki Farms range from .18 acre lot and go up to .26 acre lot.
The 7 acre amenity area is almost finished and will include the Farmhouse Welcome Center, Barn Event Center and Resort Style Pool for residents to enjoy. The Farmhouse Welcome Center just needs finishing touches and it will be ready to greet residents and visitors! The pool area was just completed last week and it turned out fabulous. There’s a lap pool, a lazy river complete with waterfall to glide under, an exciting rock side and a large swimming pool complete with a spacious wading shelf and seats. To top it all off there’s also a large hot tub. Pool hours are currently 10 am – 10 pm so everyone can enjoy the facilities once the sun has gone down.
The Resort at Stucki Farms also has an 18 hole miniature golf course that has just been completed. This course is challenging but fun for the whole family! The course, which is named “Karl’s Kourse”, is currently open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday. For a limited time they are offering a deal from the normal rate of $6.99 per game to $5.00 per game.
Stucki Farms is in the Washington County School District. Elementary school age children would attend Majestic Fields Elementary, 6th & 7th graders would attend Washington Fields Intermediate School, 8th & 9th graders would attend Crimson Cliffs Middle School and High School Students would attend Crimson Cliffs High School.
