Sales prices have been consistently higher in the first few months of this year and it would be safe to say that the real estate market is rebounding.
Entrada at Snow Canyon in St George Utah Real Estate Market Report ~October 2013 is as follows:

There were 60 homes for sale in the Entrada area during the month of October 2013 which is 4 less than the month of October 2012.
Sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for the month of October 2013 were exactly the same as the year before, with one home selling in October, both years.
Based on the sales prices, average sales price for a home in Entrada in October 2013 was $487,600.
The home in Entrada sold for 103.8% of it’s original listed price in October 2013. This is due to the fact that the home was a “build job” and there were upgrades added to the home raising the price.
