January 2014 has turned out to be great month in getting the year started off right in St. George UT. Annual Mozart Festival – This annual music festival is full of well seasoned performers as well as music students who will perform the work of Mozart during this last weekend of January. The performance is sponsored by the Southwest Symphony Strings and organist Geoffrey Myers. It’s an event that the whole community is invited to participate in to celebrate the musical genius of Mozart. Admission is always free for each performance at the event.

Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah – Everyone is invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the 20th Habitat House in Washington County, UT. It will be the future home of Ivala & Melinda Falaniko & Family. Families who qualify for homes are being helped with a new home, they are not getting a handout.
