Often referred to as simply Foremaster, This community is known because of its narrow ridge line that is seen from town and feature some of the better views throughout the St. George area. This is probably one of the main reasons people choose this community. Views are seen from both sides of the ridge such as Zion National Park and Red Cliffs. Many homes have use of sunrises and sunsets and because it’s a non-throughway Street, most traffic is from residents.

Another convenient perk of this community is its close proximity to the Red Rock Comments, which offers residents a Target, Chick-fil-A, Ross, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowe’s Home Improvement, the Dixie Regional Medical Center, and other shops and restaurants and the on-ramp to Interstate 15 is also just a couple of minutes north along River Road.
