Lots are starting at about $160,000 for a third of an acre. There are two phases of Moorland Park, both of which are being built out and the first phase is almost complete.

These are all two-story designs with a lot of layouts to choose from. Home prices start at about $650,000 up to $950,000 when complete with full upgrades.
These homes are stick-built with rock and stucco exterior, attached three or four-car garages, tile roofs, large layouts, master bedrooms, and den or office space. All homes feature nearly all appliances, gas fireplace, partial landscaping, outdoor lighting, patio, sprinkler system, walk-in closets, and double pane windows just to name a few of the major features.

Schools & Nearby
Students are part of the Washington County school district and are served by the Crimson View Elementary school, about a mile away, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school.
Moorland Park is accessible along 1450 South St. or S. Mall Dr. followed North or South on South 3000 east and heading west on 1140 South St. Spring it Park is just a mile west and shops, restaurants, markets, and the freeway is about 8 to 10 minutes from the entrance to this community.
