Bloomington Ranches features single-family homes and townhouses priced between $350,000 and $550,000. Most homes are between three and five bedrooms in sizes from 1400 ft.² to 4000 ft.². 65% of the homes are single-story and 35% are both two and three-story properties. This community is different than Bloomington because it allows horses and animals on the larger lots, sometimes up to an acre of land.
