Bloomington Ranches features single-family homes and townhouses priced between $350,000 and $550,000. Most homes are between three and five bedrooms in sizes from 1400 ft.² to 4000 ft.². 65% of the homes are single-story and 35% are both two and three-story properties. This community is different than Bloomington because it allows horses and animals on the larger lots, sometimes up to an acre of land. Some homes also feature large RV garages, detached guest houses, and additional parking spaces. Nearly all homes have mature landscaping due to the age of construction.
