Where is Desert Color Development St. George?

This new community will be located just south of the intersection of Highway seven or Southern Parkway and Interstate 15. Nearly 15 million cars drive past Desert Color every year and this is designed to be the gateway to Utah.

Desert Color Real Estate

The first 122 homes will feature a variety of styles including customizations by AJ Construction, townhouses by Holmes Homes, and semi-custom floor plans from Sullivan Homes. There are several home collections as well including Bay town collection, Gemstone, the Joseph collection, Desert Sky, and Shoreline Villa series just to name a few. When completed, A desert Color will include over 10,000 single-family homes and townhouses.

The city’s director of community development, John Willis says, “when the area was reviewed the intention was a traditional neighborhood. 10 to 12 years later we’re seeing it happen.”

Within the first phase of the project, a triangular 1300 acre slice of desert wedged between I-15 and at the southern Parkway will feature some 5900 units. Other phases including the North Phase area (891 acres) and the East Phase area (1000 wonder 72 acres) will be completed next.
