More About Desert Color

The project will be split into four major land-use areas: business mixed-used zone, leisure, hotels, and residential housing. It will feature 210 acres of parks and pathways, trails and conservation areas. It will include a 103-acre business area with office space, medical services, colleges and more.

Where is Desert Color Development St. George?

This new community will be located just south of the intersection of Highway Seven or Southern Parkway and Interstate 15.
