Up and Away Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival
This festival is takes place in September at the Staheli Family Farm. There is a balloon launch, vendor market, food trucks, live music, corn maize, pumpkin patch and farmland.
St. George Streetfest
Don’t miss out on this event in October at the Red Cliffs. There will be local arts, bands, vendors, and food. It is a family event that runs through the end of October.
Scarecrow Walk and Haunted Canyon
One of the most fun things to do in St George during the fall is going to the Red Hill Desert Garden for the annual Scarecrow walk. Also, another fun activity is going to the Haunted Canyon, which is a small area in the park with a lot of fun, scary history for all ages.
Fall Festival and Pumpkin Alley
The Fall Festival and Pumpkin Alley is in October. It is at the Tonaquint Nature Center. This is a family event that will host carnival games, crafts, and a scavenger hunt.
Turkey Trot and Drive Thru Food Drive
This event will be at Hela Seegmiller Historic Farm in November. This is a fun run 5k that is raising food for the Utah food bank. After you participate in the race there will be games, dancing, and pie-eating.
Go For a Family Hike
With the incredible weather, that fall brings us, going for a hike is one of the first things to do in St George. Snow Canyon State Park is one of the most accessible and most beautiful parks in St George you’ll find. Apart from the hiking trails, you will be able to find plenty of other activities.
