Fox Cove has its own homeowner’s association and Facebook page talking about certain rules and regulations of the community, quiet hours, certain parking, trashcan placement and pick-up, landscaping rules and architectural control. These are townhouses so they must not be altered externally in any way without prior written approval from the board. This also includes fences, walls, antennas, trellises, screens, and satellite dishes.
Homeowner association fees are approximately $125 per month but be sure to check with current listings for exact prices and dues. These dues cover management, exterior maintenance, and common area landscape maintenance.
Residents of Fox Cove are part of the Washington County school district and are served by the Horizon elementary school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school. The high school is less than half a mile away and the assigned elementary school is about 2 miles from Fox Cove.
Less than five minutes from this community are Costco, shops, restaurants, markets, and much more. This is also close to the industrial area of St. George making it an ideal spot for those that were close by. The freeway is less than eight minutes from the entrance to this community.
