The Contact Climbing Gym is expected to be 18,000 square feet with 12,000 square feet of roped climbing walls and even some 50-foot high climbing walls. There will be 3,000 square feet of bouldering walls that will be 14 feet high. The gym also plans to have a yoga and fitness class studio as well as an area for cardio and weight lifting equipment.

The owner of Contact Climbing Gym, Jeff Compas, wants the gym to be a place where people of all skill levels can come and enjoy rock climbing all year round.
