Tour de St George 2017
Let the games begin. Jump start your Southern Utah cycling season with the Tour de St George this April! The fun kicks off with this event and then the season continues on with loads of events during the warm months of spring and early summer. St George is one of the best places to ride your bike. The views are gorgeous, the terrain is ideal, and the weather is perfect. If you are a cyclist, this is a great opportunity for you. Get to know other people, socialize, and enjoy the ride. Cyclists from all over come out to experience this ride.
Cycle-goers of all experience levels are welcomed. There is a 35 mile, 75 mile, and 100 mile riding option. Choose which works best for you and your skill level. Lunch comes provided with the ride, and up to 800 riders are allowed so register quick if you want to attend. You can expect to have fun, and experience warm, sunny weather, spring breezes, and some snow and ice in certain areas of the ride.
The ride will take you to Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park. Southern Utah is well known for its desert delights with gorgeous red rock cliffs, peaks, canyons, and rivers. The landscape provides challenging courses along with smooth rides, different elevation levels, and a superbly diverse geology. Click here for registration and more information.
