Ridge Pointe is a 55+ adult community located at 1360 East Telegraph St. in Washington Utah and is nestled just south of telegraph Street via cul-de-sac Road and consists of about 135 single-family homes. This collection of primarily single-story homes features two and three-bedroom layouts from 1046 ft.² up to 2000 ft.². There are several duplexes also the most homes have a two-car garage and private entrance. Many homes have beautiful views of the surrounding valley and as of the publishing of this post, homes are priced from about $175,000-$400,000.
Most of the homes were built around 2005 and include a majority of the appliances, central heating, heat pump, mountain views, and a few custom amenities. Homeowner association fees are $78 per month, which covers common area maintenance, landscaping, and management. There’s also a $150 transfer fee when buying or selling in Rich Pointe.
Residents enjoy a central area clubhouse, picnic area, swimming pool, and spa. Pets are permitted but are subject to a few limitations and restrictions. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood and utility costs are approximately $140 per month. This is a car-dependent community as the nearest shops and restaurants are about 5 to 10 minutes.
Although this is a 55+ community, local schools include the Horizon elementary school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school. Just down W. Telegraph St. less than five minutes from the entrance to this community is the local IHOP, Home Depot, Albertsons, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Red Robin, and other shops and restaurants. This is also the on-ramp to Interstate 15. The Green Spring Golf Course is about 3 1/2 miles from Ridge Pointe.
