Most lots are around one-third of an acre. Residents have use of community playgrounds, basketball courts, swimming pool, paths, and large grassy areas. Brookhaven Field is located within the larger master-planned community of Washington Fields. This community is located just off of 1140 South St. or 3090 S. about 5 to 10 minutes from downtown Washington and St. George.
Homes in Brookhaven Fields range from $400,000-$500,000 and are generally 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3 to 4 bathrooms, and in sizes from 2500 ft.² to 3500 ft.². Most homes were built starting in 2016 and are still being built out today. Easy access on N. Mall Dr. is probably the best route to get to Interstate 15 and all of the modern commerce along the freeway.
