More About Terraces at Green Spring

Most of the homes at the Terraces are three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and in sizes from 1800 ft.² to about 2500 ft.². Many of the homes are single-story with some of the most scenic views in southern Utah.

Green Springs

The Green Springs golf community is just minutes from the freeway and offers some of the most premier neighborhoods in the St. George and Washington area. Just west of Cosco, Walmart, Kohl’s, Home Depot, and the Red Cliffs Mall, Green Springs offers views, accessibility, a great school district, and some of the most custom homes in the area at affordable prices. Homes in Green Spring start at just $250,000 and homesites are still available to build your custom dream home.

Most of the lots are about a quarter of an acre and were built over the last year and still being built out today. The average price per square foot is roughly $197. However, because these are custom homes, there are larger estates up to about $1 million, and potentially more depending on the lot size, view, square footage of the home, and amenities. For instance, as of the publishing of this post, there was a four bedroom, seven bath estate home with over 5700 ft.² of living space offering a private swimming pool, well-manicured grounds, hot tub, and fire pit. This is also on a lot that’s over a half an acre built in 2011.

HOA

The Terraces feature its own homeowner’s association, primarily for management and continuity. Association fees run less than $100 a month and it may depend on the lot size you choose as well.

Schools

Those with school-age children are assigned to the Sandstone elementary school, the Pine View middle school, and the Pine View high school. All of these schools are less than 3 miles from the Terraces.

As I mentioned before, the Green Springs golf course is just of the bottom of the hill as is all of your amenities you could want including grocery stores, markets, daily necessities and more and Interstate 15 is less than five minutes from your front door.
