Washington Fields, also known as “The Fields”, is located in Washington Utah just off of W. Sandia Rd. minutes from S. Mall Dr. and borders Pine View Park. Most of these homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s and nearly all are one-story or ranch style designs just minutes from the main downtown area of Washington Utah. Homes are between 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 bathrooms in sizes from 1800 ft.² to over 3500 ft.². Currently, properties are priced from about $390,000 up to $650,000. About 10% of the homes in Washington Fields have backyard swimming pools. Most of the streets are cul-de-sac roads that are only traveled by residents and their guests, although this is a non-gated community.

Schools & Nearby
Students are part of the Washington County School District and are served by the Horizon elementary school, the Crimson Cliffs middle school, and the Desert Hills high school. Just around the corner is Lin’s market, shops, and restaurants and Interstate 15 is less than 3 miles or about seven minutes from this community. The Red Cliffs Mall is also located close to the freeway at this exit.
Washington Fields is continuing to grow and includes churches and schools for area residents. It’s also close to the Washington City Community Center offering Senior services, youth and adult classes, annual events, and activities.
The Pine View Park is located on the western side of the community and offers a splash pad, restrooms, tennis courts, green space, and a playground.
